At Ryans Elite Services, our mission is to support individuals with intellectual and developmentaldisabilities (IDD) in achieving meaningful and self-directed lives. Through personalized servicesand supports, we promote independence, informed decision-making, and active participation within their communities.

Aligned with the goals of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), we are dedicated to developing a system of support that is accessible, fair, and tailored to meet the unique aspirations and needs of every individual. By fostering collaboration with families, the Department of Human Services (DHS), Support Coordination Organizations (SCOs), community partners, and other stakeholders, we ensure the highest levels of quality, compliance, and innovation.
