What services does Ryan’s Elite Resources offer?
We provide a wide range of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), including Companion Care, Homemaker Services, In-Home Respite, Shift Nursing (RN, LPN, CNA), Supports Broker, In-Home & Community Support, and Community Participation Support (CPS). Our services are personalized to meet the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Are your services approved by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)?
Yes. Ryan’s Elite Resources is an ODP-waivered support Provider, and we proudly offer ODP Companion Support and other services under Pennsylvania’s waiver programs.
How do I know which services are right for me or my loved one?
Our care team will work with you to conduct an assessment and develop a personalized care plan based on individual goals, abilities, and preferences. You can set an appointment here to get started.
Are your services covered by insurance or Medicaid?
Many of our services are covered through Pennsylvania’s Medicaid Waiver Programs, particularly for those enrolled in ODP services. Please reach out to our team for help navigating eligibility and funding options.
Do you accept private pay clients?
Yes, in addition to waiver-covered services, we also accept private pay. We will be happy to provide a detailed estimate based on your specific care needs.
Is there a fee for the initial consultation or assessment?
No. The initial consultation is free and includes a needs assessment to help determine the appropriate level of support.
Can I refer a client or family member to your services?
Absolutely. We welcome referrals from family members, healthcare providers, and case managers. Please use our Referral Form or call us for assistance.
What should I expect during the first appointment?
During the first appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment, review your goals, and outline care options tailored to your needs. Our goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative experience.
