Our In-Home & Community Support services are designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live more independently and engage meaningfully with their communities. As an ODP Waivered Support Provider, we deliver personalized, goal-driven care that reflects each person’s needs, interests, and abilities.
